Bought this to rake level the base of some drainage trenches i have been digging in the garden. A standard 12 inch/30cm rake is too wide for the job; a standard 1 foot wide trench tends to be slightly narrower at the bottom. This little rake head, at 19 cm is ideal. I bought the 150cm aluminium handle to go with it. The combination makes an excellent tool, light and strong and well up to raking heavy clay around.
