Good quality. A proper padlock, not like a lot of the cheap ones you can buy these days that aren't up to the job. The shackle toe goes deep down into the lock's body and is grooved to receive the locking latch mechanism. This goes for the heel, too. So the entire shackle is very solidly held in place. Some cheap padlocks barely sit into a small groove in the top of the lock's body and are very easily pried open with any sort of jemmy bar. Not this one. It'll do it's job. Solid. Quality. I'm happy with it. You pay more but you get more. Recommended.
